China Triumph (CTIEC) was started in 1991 and has become one of the world leaders in glass manufacturing.   CTIEC is a national comprehensive Class-A scientific research and design company.  Focused on vigorously implementing the strategy of integration, industrialization, engineering and internationalization with the aim of rapidly developing the industries of glass, new materials, new energy and new equipment.  Industrial bases are distributing in several provinces of China and in several locations around the world.  

Stewart Engineers is a privately held and family-owned organization consisting of glass industry experts. “Stewart Engineers” is our historical name and registered trademark. With headquarters in North Carolina and operations around the globe, Stewart Engineers designs cutting-edge glass making and coating technology and arranges for local licensed civil engineering firms to actualize these designs in the countries where we do business.Stewart Engineers is currently managing the turnkey construction of a 600 MTPD float factory in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan. This factory will feature the latest and most advanced tin bath and CVD coating technologies in the world.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

China Triumph International Engineering is a well-known float glass factory construction company with its headquarters located in Beijing, China.  It recently negotiated with Kazakh engineering company “Shymkent Khim Montazh” to take over the civil works from the previous contractor involved with the construction of a new glass manufacturing factoring to be build in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan.  The factory goes by the name Orda Glass Ltd. LLP and is being built in coordination with Stewart Engineers.  At full production capacity the factory is expected to employ up to 12,000 personnel.  

The facility plans to produce 600 tonnes/day of glass products and will be Kazakhstan’s first float production line. Upon completion, the site will manufacture products including pyrolytic nanotechnology coated glass (low-e pro, solar control, reflective, TCO) with glass thickness ranging from 2-12mm, as well as architectural and automotive glass.  The facility will also have laminating capabilities and there are already plans for future expansion to produce other value added products.
