In 2015 Tokmok Oil Refinery started operating in test mode. The plant will produce gasoline, light diesel and heating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, dry gas and paraffin oil. The plant capacity is processing 400,000 tons of crude oil per year, with the possibility of bringing the volumes up to 800,000 tonnes. The cost of the plant is $ 60 million. [1]
The project will provide a domestic market with domestic petroleum products and create new jobs.
